Its about sustainability. If you're taught something it's your responsibility to teach it to some one else



Each One Teach One involves skilling up a crew of young people to create and deliver different workshop programs for young people and service providers which directly address young people's ongoing local issues such as racism, gangs, police harassment and safety at train stations. Through this initiative, young people become the peace builders in the communities and get to learn how to get along, build peace in the community, hot to achieve their dreams and solve problems through creative means

Each One Teach One has 6 Key Objectives

  1. Youth driven process - To ensure the project is youth driven at all times

  2. The Crew - To create a strong team of young arts/ cultural/ youth workers  inspired, willing and capable of achieving the vision of the project

  3. Local Issues - To create safe spaces for young people to address local issues

  4. Young people's skills - To identify and develop a network of young people in the community and support their growth and dreams

  5. Showcasing - To showcase the work developed by young people in the community and support their growth and dreams

  6. Sustainability -  To have the work valued, supported and sustained within the broader community

Creating an empowered community of young people who respect each other's cultures, who share their knowledge and skills with each other and the broader community. Young people teach and learn how to get along, build peace in the community, how to achieve their dreams and solve problems through creative means.
