KEY GOALS

  1. Engagement & Access: to be accessible and relevant to young people and their communities, particularly Aboriginal, Torres Strait Islander, Polynesian and recently arrived refugee and migrant groups
  2. Community Cultural Development (CCD) Programs & Infrastructure: to develop and grow quality CCD infrastructure, resources, programs & product
  3. The Art of Peace-building in a Global Context: to expand the effectiveness of our local work by broadening the context of our practice to be aligned with local, national and global peace-building contexts
  4. Organisational Sustainability: to build and maintain a long-term viable organisation with the capacity to be pro-active and responsive to achieve our visions
