CONTACT INC are finalists and performing at the QSONG awards
CONTACT INCs song Common Ground is a finalist in this years QSONG awards. The company will also be showcasing the song live at the awards night for the openning act.
The QSONG awards aims to foster Queenslands local and unsigned talent where the winners of each song catagory will go into the running to receive the Ellaways Song of the Year award.
The QSONG awards will be held on Tuesday 12th August at the Tivoli Theatre, Colin Street, Fortitude Valley. For more information check out the QSONG website. Click here...

NAIDOC Week: Laydeez Biz + Little Laydeez
Brisbane's NAIDOC week festival was held at Musgrave Park on Friday 11th July. CONTACT INCs Laydeez Biz + LIttle Laydeez took centre stage with their performance of traditional and HipHop dance.
The day also included performances featuring other Indigenous dancers as well as food stalls and markets.
NAIDOC week celebrates the achievements, culture and traditions of Aboriginal and Torres Straight Islander people. For more infomation on NAIDOC week click here...

World Refugee Day 2008
CONTACT INC and the participants from the COMMON GROUND workshop series,'DIAMOND FAM', performed at the World Refugee Day (WRD) festival at Annerley Soccer fields on Saturday. The event celebrates the coming together of refugee cultures with heaps of other performances, international food stalls and rides.

COMMON GROUND IS BACK!
With the great success from the COMMON GROUND workshops, CONTACT INC is at it again with another delivery of HIP HOP workshops on Brisbanes Southside. Workshops in BBOYING, KRUMPING, RAPPING and SINGING will be held at the Sunnybank Scout hall every Wednesday afternoon from 3:30 - 6:00pm.
